The staff's exceptional service truly shone as they not only assisted me with local tour recommendations but also went above and beyond to help me locate a lost necklace, showcasing genuine care for their guests. The cozy room with soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's rest, while the terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. The flat-screen TV and parquet floors added a touch of luxury to the already charming room. The proximity to various eateries and bars, such as Restaurant Caprice and Rocks Bar, made dining and entertainment options easily accessible. Hotel Edelweiss is a gem in the heart of Wengen, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for a truly unforgettable Alpine retreat.
